Well I didn’t think the Author could pull the flow from book one into book two ……oh she did !!!!!
Book two carries off where book one left us, and there was a bit of difference in book two….heat holy crap! Ms. Rae knows how to turn it up and the chemistry between these two was off the charts.
In book Two 'My Beautiful' Lily faces her past and Kyle is there ….now one problem where am I going to find a Kyle Madison? !?
I loved how the Authors flow didn’t change and how both Lily and Kyle grew together and reminded me why I loved Contemporary Romance in the first place. Book two will leave you breathless and dying to see where Ms. Rae will take us next.

I have recently decided to steer clear from Contemporary Romance due to the after effects these books have on me, they leave me with the strong urge to throat punch men for not living up to my fictional man candy standards.
I had no idea what I was agreeing to when I agreed to this review, but sweet potato pie and shut my mouth am I glad I did.
The Author Alicia Rae introduces us to Lily Tisdale a young woman who knows tragedy and loss all too well and man does she have the art form down for being emotionally evasive, then we meet Kyle Madison ( he had me with the devilish smile and cheekbone fanning myself ……ice please) He is wow !!!!!
Ok let me try this again Kyle is…..well ladies he is a man !!!! And yes I had the urge to throat punch him a time or two….or three. Kyle Madison is an overbearing Peacock (teehee Peacock) and knows how to fire things up.
No I didn’t have the roller coaster ride I often search for in books, however the beautiful ride Ms. Rae took me on with Lily and Kyle was just that Beautiful!!!! The chemistry these two have is awesome and a ride worth taking.
